September 12, 2009; Part 2
These are the updates:
Jamil yesturday was not doing well at all. He was unable to walk. He was stumbling, falling, and just could not get himself balanced. Yesturday gave us a look at what his future with this disease is going to be like. We ended up having to push him around the house in his stroller to keep him from walking so that he did not hurt himself. However, throughout the day it only got worse.
Today however, Jamil woke up just fine. He is back to his self, we are just keeping a close eye on him. We have noticed that Jamil does appear to be losing his hearing in his left ear almost all the way. He is learning more ASL I have been teaching him 5 new signs a week. We are also teaching him his ABC's and 123's just like he were one of the other kids. His eye sight appears to be getting worse he is pulling things up to his nose to see but I cannot take him back to get checked until December because of the insurance red tape.
The website will be undergoing some major changes this week and the rest of the month. There is no expected down times,. However we ask that you please be patient because I am the only one doing it. I am going to school, homeschooling, dealing with Jamil, and the foundation so I have devoted my 1am-3am slot for website updates. If there is anything that you would like to see me add, take off, or change please let me know.
Well, that is it for tonight so please come back, take a seat, and spread the word. Until tomorrow.
